What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Can I return my order if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day trial period. If you don't love your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
Are your products compatible with induction stovetops?
Yes, our latest cookware collections, including the Always Pan 2.0 and Perfect Pot, are designed with a stainless steel base that is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
